Frequently Asked Questions
Frequently
Asked Questions
Are You Accepting New Patients?
Yes. We welcome new patients and are extremely appreciative when patients refer their family and friends to our practice.
Do you accept same day emergency appointments?
Absolutely. We reserve time in our daily schedule for same day emergency appointments. Treatment may not always be completed on this day, however, we will do our best to relieve your pain and get you comfortable until you can return for treatment.
Can I schedule an appointment for a second opinion?
Yes. We are happy to offer a complimentary consultation to provide our perspective of your unique situation.
Is there parking at your office?
Yes! We have a large parking lot on our property with ample free parking.
How do I schedule an appointment?
You can call or email the office for an appointment. We are here for you.
At what age should a child have their first dental visit?
It is ideal for your child to have their first professional dental cleaning around the age of 3 years old. Should you want to have your child’s mouth assessed once teeth start to come in, or if you have any concerns with your child’s teeth before the age of 3, we are happy to provide an exam in a relaxed environment. We host an annual Tots & Teeth Open House where young children can tour the office and meet our team. This is a great positive introduction to the dental appointment experience.
Who can attend the Tots & Teeth Open House?
Young children, along with parent(s)/guardian(s) are welcome to attend. You and/or your family do not have to be patients to attend this event. Please see the Tots & Teeth Form on our Forms & Policies page for more details or call the office to add your child to the list.
