If you have dental insurance, our team will submit estimates and claims on your behalf and will work with you to help you understand and optimize your benefits. Every coverage plan is different and it’s not possible for us to know the specifics of each one. Please familiarize yourself with your insurance plan details (frequencies, maximums, copays).

We require payment in full at the time of service unless other arrangements with us have been made. For your convenience, we accept cash, debit, eTransfer, Visa and MasterCard. If you have dental coverage, our office will submit claims to your insurance to ensure prompt reimbursement to you.

For extensive and orthodontic treatment plans, payment arrangements can be made in advance. We realize everyone’s financial situation is different, so we strive to provide a variety of interest-free payment options to help you receive the dental care you need and deserve. Financing is also available OAC.

Our fees are charged in accordance with the Ontario Dental Association fee guide, which is updated annually and reflects the costs associated in the average dental practice in Ontario.

Our practice follows regulated guidelines to ensure sterilization processes are thorough and effective. Our equipment has been purchased with consideration for cleanliness and prevention of disease transmission. We have continued with additional safety measures implemented during the pandemic.
